What if a child accidentally taps the surface with a registered phone?
The NFC opening requires the registered device to be within 5 cm of the specific, unmarked opening point on the surface. Accidental taps against other areas of the furniture do not trigger the mechanism. The opening point is not labelled, marked, or distinguishable — finding it accidentally is extremely unlikely.
Which rooms are best for a family with young children?
The master bedroom offers the highest privacy — children rarely enter without invitation. The home office is a natural second choice if children are routinely supervised there.
