The RFID system uses the 3 cards included with each Beetle Wood® shelf. Credit-card format, fits in any wallet. The lock runs on 4 AAA batteries, which last at least 8-10 months with frequent use.
Magnetic opening — maximum simplicity, zero technology
A discreet magnetic pressure point releases the back panel. No device required, no card to lose. Recommended for items accessed rarely — crypto seed phrase, estate documents — and for those who prefer to avoid any digital technology in their security setup.
Locks run on 4 AAA batteries. The lock's app shows the battery level; without the app, the lock warns you with distinct, longer beeps about 3-5 days from the first warning. Change them with a small PZ1 screwdriver.
