Returns and Refunds Policy
At Beetle Wood, we want you to shop for your furniture with a secret compartment with complete peace of mind. We comply with European consumer protection regulations and have a clear returns process with no surprises.
Cancellation Period You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to cancel, provided the product has not been used and is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all accessories included.
Return Conditions
- The product must not have been used, installed, or tampered with beyond a basic inspection.
- We do not accept returns of products showing signs of use, assembly, wear, or alteration.
- Products made to order, personalized, or custom-made are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return Process To initiate a return, email us at info@beetlewood.store, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Refunds If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product. Beetle Wood reserves the right to reject returns or apply a deduction if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
